About Me

I'm the Assistant Director of the University Library at Purdue University Northwest and an Assistant Professor of Practice. My interest is the history of steel in Calumet Region, activist public history, preservation of institutional knowledge, and information literacy. I'm a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana and active in the Society of Indiana Archivists, the Midwest Archives Conference and Academic Libraries of Indiana. I received an BA in History from Indiana University Northwest, and an MLS from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
